Text to CSV

I am trying to use ICARUS, so I need to convert my Flight Records txt files to csv, any help on how to do that will be appreciated.

CsvView, which does apparently run on a Mac, has, under windows, an option to "export ,zip".
Under windows that zip contains a csv file that seems to be a full blown log
