In the Nature Park “Pape” you can see the lighthouse built in 1910. Initially the lighthouse stood at a distance from the sea, but as over the years a part of the dune has been washed into the sea now it is closer to the waterfront than any other lighthouse in Latvia and it measures 21 m above sea level.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, the lighthouse is still operational (Yoy may see the lighthouse guard keeping house in some of the moments). Probably I was not lucky enough to get it lights on. Unforunatally, I can't find it's cyfre, but here are some facts: lights are seen on: 14 nautical miles (26 km; 16 mi)
