After all of the fly-away threads and the loss of control threads I've been flying my drone far closer than before and I've noticed it has a real tendency to climb on its own.

I noticed this at the beach the other day and I assumed it was simply down to the wind. I was holding position and it climbed at quite a rate from 10-15m to more like 25-30m. I brought it back down, moved somewhere else and it climbed a bit on its own.

Since then I've flown it a few more times and noticed that quite often when it is trying to hold position after going point A to point B it'll often climb a few meters then drop back down. I had this over my driveway and the rise and fall was rather noticeable.

I get that it'll often climb whilst doing figures of 8 or circles but this seemed to be just a climb on it's own.

Sure if this was out at a distance I'd not notice but thought I'd ask if anyone else has noticed the same whilst up close and personal?

Okay the flight height gain wasn't as much as I thought but it sure looked like a lot

1m 4.8s = 47.2ft
3.5seconds of no stick input and it gains 17.4ft!
1m8.3s = 64.6ft
FULL STICK DOWN yet it climbs....
1m8.7s = 65.9ft
1m8.9s = 66.3ft (still full stick down)
1m9.0s = 66.6ft (still full stick down)
1m11s = 63ft... still full stick down!

This doesn't seem normal. It went 64.6ft -> 66.6ft ->63ft over the space of 3 seconds whilst full stick down the whole time!
