Timing and triggering of Temp NFZ's

What happens if you are flying in an area with a Temp NFZ at the TIME that it's "switched on"?

I'm assuming you could take off before the NFZ was in effect, but what would actually trigger it to be "live", and would the drone simply land immediately at that point?
