Great! How have you done the timelapse?

The timelapse bit was just a speed increase of 800% in premiere, then a little image stabilisation.
The tilt shift miniature effect included boosting the saturation and vibrance way way too much to make it look artificial.
Then applying a vignette to give it a bit of a tunnel vision effect.
And applying a feathered gaussian blur effect using a mask at the top and bottom of the image to give the illusion of a really shallow depth of field.
