Unable to change video resolution in fly app

In the fly app for my mini 2, at the bottom of the screen where the resolution is shown. I tap it to change the resolution and only get 2 blank grey bars. I haven't used my drone for a while and I thinks been like this since getting a different iPhone (13). I can't seem to find the setting anywhere. What am I doing wrong. I tried to see which firmware I have but its listed as n/a. The app version is 1.6.6

Try installing a newer update, if not already done. Call Dji and have them send you their update.
