The 1068 ha (2640 acres) UQ Gatton was established in 1897 as the Queensland Agricultural College. It served as a hospital for the US army 1942-1944.
The Past Students Association holds a 'Back to College Weekend' each December and attracts around 300 attendees. I graduated in 1970.
