Updating Mavic 2 with DJI Assistant

Ran into some trouble updating my Mavic 2. The update keeps freezing at 75% and now I am unable to connect drone to rc. I have now tried to download the update multiple times and it sticks at 75% each time. It downloads 100%, and then sticks at 75% in the updating section. After speaking with DJI they are asking me to send the drone in for inspection. I am hesitant on doing this and was hoping I could get any other suggestions here before I do end up sending her out.

Have you tried using DJI Go4 to do the update ?

Maybe try downgrading the firmware in DJI Go 4 to the previous version and try upgrading again ?

Reformat the SD card in a PC, sometimes log files can get corrupted on there
