Video quality to social Media Raw footage

I am new to my Mavic air, I love it and the quality on my 4K TV is incredible! My problem is when I put in on my social media, the quality sucks.. any advice? Much appreciated..

Are you editing the footage before you try to upload the video file?

I'm a complete noob to editing so yes I just transfer straight raw footage. Thanks

Upload it to YouTube then link to it as Facebook compresses the video loads. If you do view the footage on Facebook, are you clicking the " HD" button.
