Downloaded video from my mavis pro plays on computer but when I transfer to usb to play on tv I get "this file corrupt or unsupported " Video from my Son's phantom 4 works fine.
Hope some one can help.

Is the file format the same as from the Phantom? Default format is MOV so you may need to change to MP4.

There is an outside chance that your SD card is bad.

I have tied MOV and mp4 file type.. I put in a new SD card. My other Son brought out his mavic pro, which he bought new a month ago. It has never been crashed or had any ruff landings .His video will play on computer (just like mine) but not on TV or VCR. Both drones have the latest software up dates. Both TV and VCR will play MOV and mp4 files.

Try recording at a lower resolution. The card may not be fast enough or the TV cannot display it.

None of your suggestions have worked with may mavic pro or my Son's.

Shooting at 1080p/60. Am I the only one having this prob ? If I use my video editing program and copy video to flash drive it plays just fine on TV so I guess it really does not mater Just thought it was strange that it will not play when copied from drone.
