Hi all!
My drone landed in a pool, and stayed in the water for about 1 minute.
This happend for 5 days ago.
I took out the battery at once and shaken off water on the drone. Then it
had been dryed out in a rice bag.
Now, when I start up the drone, the following happens:
* The engines awakes normaly
* The gimbal adjust to its correct position
* No beep
* Can not connect to the controller
* The lamp/button on the drone lights solid yellow ... possibly green light. And does not respond to pushing.
* Can not connect drone via cable to the computer
What can I do further?DSC_5463.jpgDSC_5463.jpg

rice ain't gonna do nothing
The best chance of recovery would be to put it over a Desiccant dehumidifier on max power for at least a few hours and even then it would be best to have the thing stripped of all its casing

Edit; you've probably done damage powering it on if the damage wasn't already confined to that spirit in the sky
Edit, Edit; if you plan on any more fishing trips I highly recommend 1 of these goldfish bags

Edit, Edit & Edit; excuse the brutal reality as this is your 1st post.

Thank´s!
Any idea about the solid lamp on the drone?

so sorry to read your problem try putting a hair dryer or fan heater on low heat so as to blow through the drone from the front does the cooling fan still run after the drone has been on and warmed up if so wait for it to start and then give some gentle heat the fan will help suck the warm air through the unit if there is any moisture left in the drone as stated before it will cause a short failing that you will have to use a professional drone repair centre to fix it hope you get it fixed good luck just wanted to add make sure the gimbal guard is off and remove the props if you decide to give my suggestion a go

I think that your core board has gotten damaged. The only real way to go about repairing it is to disassemble the drone and check for water or condensation on all of the connectors.

The 1st thing I do after a drone has been in the water is to test the core board for correct operation. If the drone does not connect to the controller then it's possibly a core board problem.

Thank´s for your advices and comments!
I´m afraid the core boad has been damaged :(
Right now I´m for vacation in Bali, but will go to Kuala Lumpur for some day in the midle of December. So I´ll try to get it repaired there....If it can be done in some 48 hours.
Anyone who know what price I can expect for the repairment?
