Waypoint flights with M3P and Smart RC?

Hi

I understand that as it stands with the RC smart controller you cannot just plot waypoints and fly them, is this correct? I understand there is a hyper lapse facility that allows this I think, but I just want to fly waypoints.

Is the Smart RC controller restricted at this time from 3rd party apps, but do members think this might change, or if DJI will be adding waypoints in a few release?

More than likely, waypoints will only be available on DJI Enterprise drones in the future.
