Waypoint Settings

For those of you who fly waypoint missions regardless of the software you are using, how many of you set your first way point as your home point? Or, do you set your last waypoint as your home position?

Having not tried this feature yet, I'd like to hear from the experts.

For me it is neither.
My Home point is generally close to my first and last waypoints but never actually the same. I see no need for this. I check there is an obstacle free path between takeoff point (homepoint) and first waypoint and set mavic to land at last waypoint. Beyond this I am always cautious of not randomly changing the takeoff point for a given route to one with a different elevation. Because it I takeoff from a point nearby that is 30' lower, this reduction in height will transpose to the route causing clearance issues.
