What’s the best way to get the best picture quality

So on the phantom 3 I used to download the photos off the app to get the best quality but not I have a mavic pro and stick my sd card in and get my images off there is that the best quality? Or can you download them off the app as it’s giving me no option to have that download bar

The originals files will be the highest quality and they will be save on the sd card.

Thank you I think it’s because I’m viewing them on a 4k monitor and then looking at them on my iPad they look perfect on my iMac but abit grainy on my mobile and my iPad

Yes, that's because the files it sends to your mobile device are usually smaller versions, I think there is an option for downloading the full versions but I never really bother because I just don't see the point of trying to look at a 4K image on a mobile lol

I use iOS and for that I just click on the image on my phone and it gives me the option to download the full version. The very same version that is on the sd card. So i just use the sd card and any photos I want on my phone I just either grab them through a cloud service, email them or use iTunes.

With windows I pull the card from the aircraft, put it in the slot on my desktop and use explorer to copy the file to my NAS.

I check the copy is OK and then format the card ready for my next flight. I have a number of cards and try and change to a new card after each battery.
