If you have no idea what the "problem" was, there is no way to know it's been fixed.

Post #15 gives the most likely explanation for the issue described.
The data would have confirmed whether or not that was the cause.
The OP has no idea what really happened and hasn't learned anything of the incident.
WHich is ironic when the title of the thread indicates a desire to find out what was going on.

That doesnt explain the self climb to 100 feet before he stopped it manually.
I agree, we dont know what caused the problem, but HE doesnt care because it is gone for now.

I almost always initiate RTH
With controller .

1 I've had issues with Go4app

2 my stubby diddget don't always play well when using touch screen's

Bottom line DON'T trust the Go4 App..!!

When in doubt always use the controller
DJI built the Mavic and controller
As a unit you can not fly one without either piece of the unit

go head turn one of the two off and try to fly.

If it happens again, or if I have another problem, I'll post the log for those who are into that sort of thing.
For now, they can just say it was operator error. I have no problem with that. Maybe it was!

You can't say it's fixed if you don't know what the issue was or if there really was an issue.
Usually flyers are keen to learn from incidents, to understand what happened and be able to fix or prevent it in future.
