What happens when you get older... A depressing realization.

I just spent the good part of the last week either in a hospital or passed out in bed! What tragic thing could have befallen me to end up in this predicament?...... Doing something that I was perfectly capable of doing only a few years back.
Don't think you are still young, That fantasy will come back to bite you in the butt big time!
helping my stranded buddy get back to town ended up giving me major heat exhaustion. and now I have to stay out of the sun for at least 10 days. Fountain of youth where art tho!!!!!!!!!

Heat exhaustion can sneak up quickly.

I work for an HVAC company and they are constantly telling the guys to stay hydrated with water and limit the caffeine intake.

Working in hot attics, humid crawl spaces, and outside can wear you out quick.

Take care of yourself Cafguy and get plenty of rest.

I hear you, take care. All this stress in the world today is not helping either. Every week I try to break away from it and can't seem to do so....and sadly, it might be taking a toll on the health as well.
