Calibrating the control sticks usually is a good start

I have the same issue that just started and I have never crashed . When ascending it spins to left - when descending it spins to the right. Calibrated everything did not work: took it too DJI service center and tech told me the rc is bad. So off to Cerritos ca it goes to replace remote
The faster I ascend or descend the faster the craft spins

Almost identical to what I have going on. Guess I’m calling them later. Ugh.

Do you know how to retrieve flight logs? Im new and have to figure that out- if you know how if you contact msinger and let him see them he can tell if it’s the remote or what’s going on with it

I have a lot more confidence in msinger than I do the repair tech that I dealt with hoping you can get your log to him
