What’s the source of the image?

If it was an original DJI Raw (dng) seen on Mac and screenshotted to the jpeg shared above, this may be the issue one reads about all over this forum with MacOS’s somewhat incompatibility with DJI Raw.

If it sounds like this could be your issue, your next step is to open the image in a real image editor and see if it loses the artifacts.

Thanks.The images/image with color banding opened ok in Lightroom.Before the OS update I did several days ago,DJI DNG's opened correctly in Photos.Could that be it?Update-Ventura 13.4 is said to have fixed it.Will do.

It is definitely a MAC problem. Use an image editor and the problem will go away. Sooner or later Apple will release a fix.
