When I power on drone, 2 front red light on no blinking light backside at start

just got mavic pro and it was good till last night.
today tried to power on, 2 front red light on but no blinking light back at start backside. and also can't connect remort.
please help. Thanks

Sounds like a linking issue. Try relinking the Remote Controller.

I tried but not working.

Try flipping the switch on the side to WiFi and then back to RC. Its located under the flap where the Micro SD card is inserted. Then try linking again.

looks like body(drone) problem. I checked other startup videos they have a red light at the front and a blinking light backside.
but mine only front red light.
