White photos after having drone replaced

I had my Mavic Pro replaced under the refresh program and the new one isn’t taking photos as well. I’m not sure if it’s a setting or firmware issue. Or maybe an issue with the drone itself. Unfortunately I procrastinated and it’s been a little over the 30 day warranty that they gave.

Hopefully someone here can give some insight as to what I can do if anything to fix this. The first two are with the new drone and third is from the previous drone.

I’ll try that when I fly it again. I did check to see that the exposure was on auto and it was.

What you need ti check is what's showing in the camera data line.
It just looks like the camera has been set to overexpose by 3 (?) stops.
In this screenshot, note the EV number (under the number of satellites )

Yours probably shows something like +3.0
If so, dial it back close to 0 and things will be beck to normal.
