White Screen - won't take off

I've had my Air 2 S for about 6 months and really love it. Took it out today and something really strange happened. I fired it up and controller said there was an issue with the propellers and it could not take off. I ensured they are all on properly and they were. All this time, the screen was totally white as if the camera was facing a blank sheet of paper. I restarted all devices, even switched from my iPad to my cell phone same issue. I was eventually able to take off, but with no video. Went home with no photos or videos and fired it it and all worked as it should. Anyone else experience this?
