Why is my video blurry?

It's only the last scene that's blurry, can anyone help me out with some ideas please?

The last scene is around 1 min 40 sec ish

I've only recent started take video seriously as I normally just do photos, so would appreciate help please

I saw it at about 120 seconds. Just looks like a refocusing. Probably an anomaly. I'd only worry if this occurs frequently.

The thing at 1min 20sec was an edit after the fact, the error is the pixalation on the last scene

It looks to me as if the camera was pointing almost straight down. With a slow shutter speed and the drone moving relatively fast you'd get blurring. Pixilation may be related to this.
