Why your pizza may never be delivered by drone

Zapata couldn't pass safety tests and the weight of carried fuel only allowed a brief 10 minute flight.

Yeah I know what you mean @DrDrew3 . Youtube is also full of that "unreal" news. Look at this one. In 1903, these guys in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina actually made people think they could fly in a wooden machine. It only flew 120 feet and barely got off the ground. They somehow sold the US Army the design. It was only 12hp and carried only enough fuel for a few minutes of flight. How dare they invent something like that!

This is the test flight carrying a passenger for the military contract.

The video you linked to was only another PROTOTYPE for a hover board. NOT a jet pack at all. Not even a real product.

Zapata couldn't pass safety tests and the weight of carried fuel only allowed a brief 10 minute flight. They only manufactured a handful of these contraptions to attract investors and never sold a single unit. There have been dozens of similar designs over the years that have all failed.

This was just another fluff piece by NBC news. You fell that one even worse than the drone home delivery fake news.
