Will the activated RTK module on my enterprise 3 increase RTH landing accuracy?

The M3E has precision landing. My Air 2S lands within inches of takeoff point when the proper procedure is followed. Do you need more precision than that?

Precision landing uses visual landing patterns. RTK will work at night as well, I assume. Precision during day and night is what i'm looking for.
