What a cool video, and shame on the irresponsible drone flyer, that's really stupid.

Not good, and if true the pilot of the drone should have been charged.

Although there is a good chance its just another hyped up drone story as apparently it was only one pilot who thought he saw a drone, strange no one else saw it, not least the many plane spotters who are a regular fixture watching and photographing planes coming in.
Some reports suggest it was 6 feet across, you would of thought a few people might have noticed a drone of that size.

Even Gatwick airport didnt see it as a major issue , A Gatwick Airport spokesman told reporters: "Due to reports of a drone observation in the vicinity of the airfield, runway operations at Gatwick were suspended between 18:10 and 18:19 and again from 18:36 to 18:41, resulting in a SMALL number of go-arounds and diverts."


Drone or no drone its really just another well milked anti drone story and sadly another nail in the coffin for this hobby.
