    Where you are makes no difference to activation of the drone. And any GPS receiver works anywhere in the world ... that's why the first word in GPS is GLOBAL.

    RTH is based on launch point = 0 , flying below launch point , height will show negative numbers , drone will ascend to your set rth height above launch point before landing .
