Nice video. I can see the stuttering in your video as well and I can tell you are trying to minimize it. Nice music! It's kind of frustrating to have a great drone with a not so great camera

From my experience the only way not to get the stuttering is to pan incredibly slow. When I mean slow it's like an object would take about 10 to 12 seconds to move across the screen when looking down from the sky. Very difficult task as the smallest movement would cause a stutter.

It was a somewhat painful experience with customer service. I had to escalate my issue to get a rude manager, (I wrote a separate discussion about my experience at length!) but I was finally able to get the Mavic replaced. They were initially wanting to use my refresh versus the warranty.

They sent me a new one. I got it from DJI directly. Razors, I've been reading your posts and also I'm more like you in that I don't think we should just settle for this much money paid. I hope you have better luck. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I wrote a similar story about my horrible experience with dji customer service in california. The manager told me yesterday that they don't have any new mavic at hand and no real parts for repair. They are waiting on a shipment. You can read my post from earlier this morning

I played back using QuickTime then took more footage in MP4 and had same issue. I use VLC media player as well as windows media player. All had video jerkiness. Actually I would see the jerkiness when panning the video live as well.
