You are missing the point... CA is in violation of federal law in creating these regs. They are null and void. Here’s an example that might be easier to understand. Let’s say that slavery is against federal law (it is), now let’s say that California has different ideas and says slavery is...

Not according to the poster. It says nothing about the operator. It COULD, but in this case does not.

They don’t even have to regulate for takeoffs and landings... the can regulate YOU while you are on park property. “You may not operate...” and to hell with what and where the drone is. It’s you... not the flying machine.

That's not really how it works in 2d images. You don't know the "origin". You only know what was behind it when you first saw it. Do you really believe you can see a bullet sized object a mile away at its "origin"? Hint: no. You can't. If you first saw it only 12' from the camera and saw it...

You can see bullets coming directly toward or away from you when the sun is low. Seen it many times. But not here. The shot would have had to come from the mountains in the distance... a miles long shot. That ain't going to happen, and it's too big a coincidence that the direction of flight...

You flew past a bug... very small, backlit, out of focus. Maybe a dandelion seed.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about re: don't touch the yaw... instead, crab if you need to (x translation)... imperceptible in most cases. For turns, pans and orbiting you're stuck with a yaw input, but if established early and held, yields a nice result... ... until one becomes a real...

Well, that's the thing... I was trying everything under the sun... from out-of-the-box to custom everything. Some of it was 1080 with -2, -2, 0. Gah! (I got bad advice off the internets) These days I'm +1, +1, 0, @ 2K. Art mode (it's reasonably flat)... 30 fps at a shutter of 60. Running 4...

Old (ish) fart, new to drones. (did RC planes a gazillion years ago... see, there was this thing called "balsa"... Nevermind. You'd not understand. :) Reviewing my stats... I have a smoking 1 hour and 15 minutes flying time... with the longest flight of 10 whole minutes! Average flight time...

OK, new at drones. I've flown the Mav for not even an hour... and in that time tried lots of camera presets and even mixed resolutions from 1080 to 4K... different shutter speeds, frame rates, and played with ND filters... and eventually got round to control and gimbal settings for cinema...

It's bad enough with out you deciding that it would have been a child, and then foretelling that the automatic result would have been death. Things are bad enough imagewise for drones without you having to be so inventive. But if we're going to hyperventilate over dangerous flying objects...

You bother with glasses? That's silly... you just end up having to refill them!
