If that is the case then I'm glad I haven't bought one. I ordered a hood for my phone from Freewell so I'll just deal with the smaller screen. I'm due for a phone upgrade so I may just get an S8 and my S6 Active can be for drone use only

Since my Tab4 is incapable of running DJI Go4 and lags to the point of unusable I am looking at a Tab S 8.4 WiFi only. The wifi only has Exynos™ 5 Octa (1.9Ghz Quadcore + 1.3 Ghz Quadcore) and 3GB of RAM. Surely that will run DJI Go4, correct?

Still lags to the point of unusable after reset and task killing everything but DJI Go. Works fine on my phone though.

It was dark when I finally got my other issue resolved and took it outside to test. Will have to try again in good light.

When I chose active track it only shows trace mode and not profile or spotlight. What gives?

I had to take a picture of the qr symbol with my phone zoomed in to make it larger to get it to scan. Now the question is, why is trace mode the only available option in active track?

Did all that vilco said and now the qr reader won't focus so I can connect!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I shut down everything, plenty of space left. I don't use this thing hardly at all so there is nothing on it so a reset won't mean losing anything. I'll give that a try.

I got a free Samsung Tab4 when I got my S6 Active 2 years ago. There is next to zero lag when I use the phone but the tablet is unusable, like 10 seconds lag time. I closed everything but DJI Go and it made no difference. Am I missing something or is this tablet just not up to the task?

I've been watching tons of youtube videos already for sure.

Mavic Pro/Fly More arrived yesterday. Didn't get much air time since I ran out of daylight once unboxed, updated, charged and semi familiarized with things. Really looking forward to mastering this thing and making some killer videos. I have a tube buggy rock crawler (full size, not rc) and...
