Can anyone help me with a good repair shop for my CS 5.5? I just purchased it on Ebay 30 day ago but just now have good enough weather to fly but after a short time it over heats with the fan not coming on.

I am sure there is someone here who can help. I have been looking for a teardown of a crystal sky monitor to no avail.
thanks but that' been triedTry doing a factory reset and or reinstalling the firmware
thanks but that' been tried
I'm current on firmware V3.0.2.0 It says CrystalSky is to hot. Cool down the monitor to prevent overheating. and ha no cooling fan noise or sound . Using a Mavmount with no restrictionsCan you confirm the version of the firmware, is it V3.0.2.0 ?
What is the error message when it overheats ?
Do you have any other apps running in the background ?
Are you caching the video feed on the CS ?
Are you using a mount that blocks the exhaust ports on the unit ?
you may need to open the sucker up and change the fan yourself manI'm current on firmware V3.0.2.0 It says CrystalSky is to hot. Cool down the monitor to prevent overheating. and ha no cooling fan noise or sound . Using a Mavmount with no restrictions

Use a T4 to remove the 4 screws on the sides that hold the rear cover then pry away the cover with a thin blade, just take your time.awesome job man, i will like to know how you opened it up
