How/why should the measure affect the performance?

I believe it was a problem with the firmware where it was suppose to make the mavic go 15 m/sec but if you were in km then it would only do 15 km/hr and I don't know if it was fixed yet I will see if I can find it

There is a bug within GO 4 app, at least for Android, which affects the ActiveTrack maximum speed, depending on the speed units setting. If selecting km/h it will be limited to only 15 km/h while if setting to m/s it is really as fast as 15m/s
