Another gimbal issue

I'm new here and have been flying the Mavic Pro for over a year... then I crashed it! I got a little over confident while flying in a thicket of trees trying to get a perfect camera shot. As soon as I lost sight of the drone it hit a branch at twenty feet AGL, the motors shut off and it came crashing to the ground upside down. The props had damage and vibrated the but the gimbal no longer worked. The camera is fine and gimbal doesn't show any damage. I pulled the top cover off and checked the gimbal connections and the cable and all looked fine. I suspect the gimbal is shot. My question is... has anyone replaced their gimbal with the Favrison gimbal and camera? Are they worth the money or just junk?

Motor assembly is fair but the ribbon is junk. Dont use the ribbon, use one from a different mfg.
