Hello.

I'm having some problems with the gimbal on my M2P after a crash.
It took a nosedive so the left front arm broke, right forward vision sensor has no image and the gimbal roll arm took a hit.

The left motor arm is changed to a new one.
I'm waiting in the vision sensor.
But the drone flies okay.

I have repaired the gimbal so all the three axis moves freely, there's no "spring" effect.

When I start up the drone the gimbal makes its startup sequence.
The yaw arm moves correctly.
The roll arm moves correctly.
The pitch motor for the camera housing doesn't move at all.

And when the startup sequence is finished all three axis become all lose.
Just like it doesn't have any power.

There is a picture from the camera.
Shutter, focus etc work.
No fault codes.

I have tried calibrating the gimbal with GitHub, PY.
But the gimbal won't move at all.

Any suggestions on what to try next?
Best regards
Stefan

Check the gimbal ribbon cable is seated correctly on the PCB, it can be dislodged after a crash. Failing that check for hairline cracks in the cable - it’s delicate and cracks easily.

One thought would be the wire harness that runs throughout the system. With the process of fishing this micro thin wire harness through the different holes they have to be installed through, very possible one of the wires didn’t survive the travel route.

Thank you guys for your recommendations.

I have checked the cables under a good magnifying glass (I don't have any microscope) and I can't see any damages to the cables.

But I will order the cables and see if that will help.
