The Big Sandy shooting range has a landing strip, and is considered a small airport.
I'm not sure it would be allowed to fly during the twice a year public events, although there are folks who do film the event using drones, but most likely they have permission from the promoters.
If you're into kabooms, and mechanisms that spit large quantities of lead, toss bowling balls high into the air, along with many pounds of ampho, dynamite, and aerial shells, this is an event you should at least attend once in your lifetime.
