Applying setting on DJI app

When I apply the settings on the app when I'm not connected to the drone, is it normal that, after turning off the remote and the app, going somewhere, turning everything on, those setting aren't enabled ?!

Yes ,you need to have everything powered up for your settings to stick.

You need the Mavic powered as well for setting changes to stick.

That's why I crashed on my first flight . There should be a big yellow stick saying just that. Just... that

my settings just to be sure everything still looks the same.

This just so happens to be the favorite tip I used in the msinger giveaway. Always check your settings before flying.
