Can you request/ ask/ or demand DJI fix and return your original bird ?

Just wondering if you can send your mavic/ DJI drone in for repair/refresh and request or demand they fix your original mavic. No exchange just fix your own original bird willing to wait longer if necessary.

Not according to their terms and conditions. Even if you have refresh.

If you want to be sure you get your bird back send it to Thunderdrones for repairs. Look in classified thread.

Depends on the laws in the relevant country if it is a warranty repair. If it is however, under refresh policy then terms and conditions of policy apply.

So in UK...

If it fails due to manufacturing/design flaw, you should get yours repaired or replaced with brand new machine, or a refund.

If you crash it, with refresh, you get a second hand refurbed.
