Established in 1792 and covering 694 acres, the Canterbury Shaker village is one of the best preserved Shaker Villages in the country, and was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1993. I visited with my drone this spring, a few days before they opened for the year. Definitely have to go back nd explore on foot some time.
