Cleaning camera lens & ND filters

I just got a set of ND filters and noticed that it is hard to keep the fingers off of the camera lens, and the filter when I install or remove. The surface of both seem to be high precision. The camera face is flat but the filters are recessed in a ring that fits over the camera. Any advice on how to get or keep these clean?

Use a new/dirt free microfibre cloth to clean it. You want to make sure there are no particles on the lens/filter as this will scratch it. Don't rub too hard.
