DJI Assistant 2 for Battery Station software issue

So I downloaded the new Battery Station software onto a PC that the normal Assistant 2 works on.

Plugged the USB cable into the battery charger with power to it and 4 batteries connected.

No connection to the device.

Anyone got this thing to work?
More importantly, has anyone got it update the battery firmware?

?? So you have a TB50 battery station ??

This Assistant for Battery Station works only with the Inspire2 / Matrice 200 series TB50 batteries and their respective firmware.
