DJI Care Refresh Purchase From Canada

Good morning forum,

Trying to purchase the DJI Care Refresh for my M2P however when I try it is detecting that I am in the USA (I reside and am currently located in Canada). The App shows a Canadian Flag as I set my region, Etc... but when I try and check out USA is set as the Country and I cannot change it. In turn, this does not allow me to choose my province as only states are available.

Any ideas?

Disregard, just did it online and it detected I was in Canada, odd the App wouldn't cooperate.
