DJI Pilot vs DJI Fly & DJI Go 4

I've been using DJI Pilot with M2ED for several years. It kind of works, but obviously was never designed for an iPad. Also continued sync issues when uploading flight history. But I've lived with it.

DJI also offers DJI Go 4 (which I used to use with my P4P+ and was very happy with), and DJI Fly (which I use for my Mini).

Can and should I switch to DJI GO 4 and/or DJI Fly for the M2ED? Pro's and con's? And do they support the thermal camera modes?

No. You'll need to use DJI Pilot as it was designed to be used with that drone model.
