I'm looking into picking up a Mavic but on B4U Fly app, it's strictly a no fly zone. But on AirMap, I can fly it as long as I call the local helipad for hospital.
So I'm a bit lost. I called but it's the weekend and no one can answer that until Monday and I'll have to make that call on monday. No big deal but I was looking to purchase this weekend.
I know enough to not do anything stupid. I don't plan on flying too far out for me. Maybe 100-200ft high and that's a big maybe. I would go maybe a coupe of hundred feet out if I have enough open land.
I was looking at the karma since it's cheaper since I have the go pro but it lacks a lot of features the mavic has and all the Karma has for an advantage is the handheld gimbal.
