Hello just received my Mavic Pro last friday, and trying to set things up! working with an Ipad mini but the app does not work on it??

An iPad Mini 1 will not work (if that's what you mean). If you want to use an Apple device, you must use one of the devices listed here.

and to start the remote is a night mare......??? i dont know what i am doing wrong batt are full

Click the button one time that will show you the battery then hold it down a second time till you see it connecting .

well no bada bing trying 20 times and ones it will start up.... really strange
