Do you have any other DJI products? Seattle's my favorite city, I've always been curious what the public and legal perception of quads were.

I have a phantom 3 advanced. There is a ban on flying in Seattle City parks and I have always felt morally wrong about flying over peoples houses so I tend to only use it outside the city. But I have definitely flown it around some of the downtown landmarks (Waterfront, space needle) and I have gotten nothing but positive interest from passers by, no negativity.
