How often DJI upgrades in the past?

DJI upgrades history? I got a Phantom 3 and soon after DJI released P4.

Does DJI release on regular dates. Seemed like the Mavic Pro was released in the 3rd quarter 2016.

Following release dates in the past, about when, could be DJI releasing Mavic Pro "2"?

Not in a huge hurry to get a Mavic Pro, having fun with my P3. But considering getting a Mavic Pro, but want to get one and THEN DJI releases a newer version. I know they will not tell us a date when a newer on will be on the market, but seems they release new stuff more or less, on regular schedules.

For the past couple of years, DJI has been releasing a new Phantom about every 12 months. I'm thinking we won't see a new Mavic that quickly since it took a while to get the first one going in production.
