I also got one of the $250.00 ipad mini 4. I understand that it doesn't have a gps in it. However it does show my location on the map so I'm assuming it calculates location through wifi somehow? I read somewhere that the wifi version does not allow you to mark the home point where the remote is. Ie, after launch you move to a different location you can't set the home point at the new location of the remote unless you have the cellular model. Anybody tested this? Only time I can think of that id move and want to set the home point at the remote is if I lost the drone and was driving around looking for it. I'll always have the hotspot on for wifi signal to the ipad. Thanks.
