Is my new Mavic Pro broken?

I bought my Mavic Pro a few weeks ago and I'm having some really strange image quality issues, beyond what I've seen other people post. It almost looks like someone added a watercolor filter in Photoshop. I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean. Ive tried numerous camera settings and color profiles with similar results. It looks kind of like a gif where it can't store enough color information. Has anyone seen anything I'll this? I'll put the camera settings below, thanks.

Contrast: -2
Saturation: -2
4k @30 fps
Shutter speed: 320 (I was thinking maybe it was motion blur so I turned this up really high)

Old problem change your settings to +1 -2 -2 and say good by to the water color look.

Change your settings to +1, -2,-2. Should work.
