Jones beach island ?? I know of gilgo-oak beach which is the small community before the draw bridge. Just curious I have never heard of that.

Gilgo and Oak Beach are 2 different communities that are on Jones Beach Island along Ocean Parkway.......are you are thinking of Captree Island by the draw bridge on Robert Moses Causeway?

I have never heard it called. Jones beach island before but just checked google maps and there it is. Jones beach islands.

Yes I do. Just a Suffolk county guy. I have only been to Jones Beach once and that was for the air show.
