I haven't on the Mavic because I have the goggles but I have put the All-in-One cameras on different RC aircraft over the years . They are easy to mount with a small single cell battery on a popsicle stick with hot glue then Velcro to whatever you want . Just pull off and stick on something else without worrying about wires . We move them from RC cars to planes etc . I have a super micro setup that is only 10mw and have flown a 1000' with signal easy . The 200mw ones can reach for a mile easy .
there is also the Connex system if you want HD video but the cost is kinda high .
