My controller keeps dropping out mid flight

Hi,

I dropped my Mavic Controller 2 weeks ago, the first few flight's after that were all good. But now when I fly, usually 2 minutes into the flight the controller will say either:

"No RC signal"

"Connecting..."

If I lightly smack the back of the controller it sometimes re-connects, but other times it fixes it by itself. Obviously in light of what I said I'm positive it's a hardware issue. But is there any issue that could be causing this that is software related or is it 100% because of the drop.

Thanks

Probably because of the fall. Don't send to DJI though because you will be paying a hefty price and waiting at least a month with bad customer service just like I am for a stupid camera and gimbal replacement. Just purchase a new controller.

I don't know what could be causing that but sure would contact DJI before buying a 300.00 TX .
Welcome to the forum pat but unless you just got money
to burn that's not very good advice. Not everyone has
had bad CS with them . I haven't and there's also a vender
here I would talk to first that works on them.

Mine started doing this too, but I didn't drop it.

Used an Anker USB cable and flew 4 batteries with no issues. Don't know if it is fixed, but so far so good.
